RETURNS POLICY
How do I return a product?
We gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original
condition/packaging. We regret that we cannot accept returns on used or opened products. We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our
100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you should decide within 2 days upon receipt of the product, we will be happy to issue a full refund of the product price
(less shipping & handling) upon receipt of your return to our warehouse. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 2 days following the receipt
of you shipment.
If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the
incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.
Where's my refund?
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from date of receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. Upon issuing a refund this
information will be passed on to your banking institution. In most cases your refund will post to your account within 3 to 5 business days; however YOUR bank
can take anywhere from 3 - 20 business days to apply your credit.
The customer's bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received,
hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account is determined by how quickly the customer's bank posts our refund.
Backorder Policy:
We will do everything we can to help you avoid a backorder situation.
Unfortunately, there are instances where
backorders cannot be avoided, such as the manufacturer running out of a product. These products are of exceptional nature, and obtaining ingredients of such
quality can sometimes mean waiting till next growing season.
In cases, where a backorder is created, we will manage it for you from start to finish.
This means:
1. Once you place your order, if an item is unavailable for more than 2 business days of order date, we will inform you that said item is
backordered, giving you the option of creating a backorder, or cancelling your order for that product.
2. If you have an item on backorder, we will provide
FREE SHIPPING for the backordered item to be automatically shipped to you, as soon as it becomes available.
Payment Methods:
We accept
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. When you place an order with us, we do not charge your credit card until your order is about to ship. We also do not
save your credit card information unless you request us to, when placing your order. Also you may send your payment thru PayPal.com sales@losingpounds.net
Is the product guaranteed?
It is our sincere hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that with some of our products it may take some time to achieve the
